  • Uploading, transmitting, or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
  • Interfering with the security or functionality of the service.
  • Attempting to access or collect data from other users without permission.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Todon3 and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Todon3 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• License: Todon3 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service without our written permission.

5. Termination

• Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in the app dashboard or contacting us at support@todon3.com.
• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to Todon3 at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: Todon3 is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Liability Limitation: In no event shall Todon3 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of the terms. Your continued use of Todon3 after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
